MELA 2012 in Oslo

We arrived to Oslo only two weeks ago and we`ve already seen Haakon, the crown prince! Feeling really precious now... 🙂 We`ve even taken two photos of him, yes the ones you are just watching now. Enjoy! 🙂

His presence was not the only vital experience we had on the opening ceremony of MELA. In his speech Khalid Salimi talked about an interesting idea how the world is divided into 'signifier' and 'signified'. This definitely sounds like something worth putting deeper thoughts into!

After Hans Kongelige Høyhet Kronprins Haakon opened the festival by beating the gong, Changing Beats had a pretty enjoyable concert to make us feel good. 🙂 When the opening ceremony finished we went to the festival`s place to try some special food ad drink, like Samosa and Mango Lassi!!!! We also listened to the fantastic concert of Noora Noor, `Norway`s Queen of Soul`, which really made our night before leaving the festival (we had to drink a beer and then go home to be able to write about the festival to you guys today... :))

You can meet us on MELA festival on Saturday if you decide to come. Just drop a line on us on the phone number 94257968, and we can party together. 😉

Hope to see you there!

Andi and Tobi
